A resident of the Kadomsky district was convicted of threatening to kill
A resident of the Kadomsky district was found guilty of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (threat to kill).
The prosecutor’s office of the Kadomsky district supported the charge in court.
The court found that a resident of the regional center came home drunk and quarreled with his wife. During a quarrel, he grabbed a knife in the kitchen, pointed it at a woman and threatened to kill her.
He committed this crime while on probation for a similar crime.
The defendant fully admitted his guilt and repented.
The court sentenced him to 1 year 3 months in prison to be served in a penal colony.
The verdict has not entered into force and can be appealed to a higher court.
