“The relationship between Oh Yeon Ho, Roman Anatolyevich Alar and Parsek LLC is a key source of goods and technology … for the DPRK’s missile program,” – it says in Blinken’s statement on the State Department website.

According to him, a citizen of the DPRK Oh Yeon Ho in 2016-2021 collaborated with Parsek on the procurement of Kevlar thread, aramid fiber, aviation fuel, bearings and high-precision milling machines.
