In the latest software update, which was released in December, the Apple HomePod mini smart speaker received multi-language support for Siri.
How clarifies Macrumors portal, it is assumed that the company will release the device this year in the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and Russia. Apple has also started testing support for Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.
HomePod mini was released in October 2020. The speaker is now available in the United States, Australia, Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, Taiwan and Britain.
The device is available in new colors – yellow, orange and blue, as well as traditional white and space gray. The speaker is 3.3 inches (8.9 centimeters) high and produces a reasonably powerful 360-degree sound.
HomePod mini works with Apple Music, podcasts, thousands of radio stations, and popular music services. Integrated with the Siri speaker, it can recognize the voices of up to six different family members, select music and podcasts according to their preferences and respond to personal inquiries
