Dmitry Bulaev became acting prosecutor in Starozhilovsky district
On the basis of the order of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation dated September 12, 2022, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Starozhilovsky District, Senior Counselor of Justice Sergei Nikolaevich Chyonkin, was appointed Prosecutor of the Shilovsky District. His deputy, Dmitry Viktorovich Bulaev, took over from him and assumed the position of acting prosecutor of the Starozhilovsky district.
“I started my prosecutorial activity in 1996 as an investigator in the prosecutor’s office of the Ryazan region. Then he worked there as an assistant prosecutor. He worked in the prosecutor’s office of the Ryazan region as a department prosecutor, deputy prosecutor of the Sovetsky district of the city of Ryazan, prosecutor of the Mikhailovsky district, and for eight years he was the prosecutor of the Ryazan region. In Starozhilovo, he worked as a deputy prosecutor from June 17 of this year.
My parents are from Kazachya Sloboda in the Shatsk region, it is there that the surname Bulaev is common. And I was born in Ryazan, studied at school number 54, served urgently in the Soviet army, and in 1997 I graduated from the Ryazan State Pedagogical University with a degree in law. In 2001 and 2010, he improved his qualifications at the St. Petersburg Law Institute of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
According to Dmitry Viktorovich, in addition to the diplomas of the prosecutor of the Ryazan region, he was awarded the insignia “For fidelity to the law” I and II degrees from the prosecutor general, as well as the Yaguzhinsky medal, two commemorative medals “290 years of the Russian prosecutor’s office” and “300 years of the Russian prosecutor’s office”.
Dmitry Bulaev is married and has three children.
