Drunk Ryazan on a motorcycle caught by police in Putyatin
On September 19, investigators of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Shatsky” opened a case against a resident of Ryazan under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (driving a vehicle by a driver who is in a state of intoxication, subjected to administrative punishment for driving while intoxicated).
On September 17, in the village of Putyatino on Novoselov Street, employees of a separate traffic police platoon stopped a RASER RC-125 motorcycle for checking documents. The police suggested that the 39-year-old driver, a resident of the city of Ryazan, was drunk. The breathalyzer showed 1.043 milligrams of alcohol per liter of exhaled air. The driver was suspended from driving the motorcycle. A protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against the man under Part 1 of Art. 12.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (driving a vehicle by a driver who is intoxicated).
Now the man faces not only a fine, but also criminal punishment.
