In Ryazan, five people who arrived from the DPR and LPR swore allegiance to the Russian Federation

On Friday, September 23, in the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Soviet district of the city of Ryazan, migrants from the LPR and DPR took the oath of allegiance to the Russian Federation. This was reported on the website of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The ceremony was attended by five people who were forced to leave the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics. They swore to observe the Constitution and legislation of the Russian Federation, the rights and freedoms of its citizens, to fulfill the duties of a citizen of the Russian Federation for the benefit of the state and society. And also to protect the freedom and independence of the Russian Federation, to respect the country’s culture, history and traditions.

The anthem of the Russian Federation was played. Employees of the migration department congratulated the newly-made citizens of the country. Each was handed the basic law of the country – the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
