In Ryazan, on Novoselov Street, a drunk driver was detained on LADA Granta
On the evening of September 21, police officers in Ryazan stopped a drunken man. This is reported by the website of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The detachment of the Separate Battalion of the Patrol and Guard Service of the Police on Novoselov Street noticed a LADA Granta car. The car moved along the road as if the driver could not cope with the control.
The cops stopped the car. They noticed the driver, a 40-year-old resident of the Ryazan region, characteristic signs of intoxication. Studies have shown 0.992 milligrams of alcohol per liter of exhaled air. This is more than six times the allowed value.
Police officers removed the man from driving. An administrative protocol was drawn up against him under Part 1 of Art. 12.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Driving a vehicle by a driver who is in a state of intoxication.” Ryazan residents face a fine of 30 thousand rubles and deprivation of rights for a period of one and a half to two years.
