“He refused to put on a mask inside the building of the Palace of Culture, began to argue with the employees of the Palace, who were forced to call a police squad. The video posted on the Internet has been carefully edited, it is not excluded that it can be fraudulent, ”said the head of the press service.

Gorelykh added that the police called the mother of the child, who took him away, and the violator himself was detained. Administrative cases were brought against him on disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code) and failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence (Article 20.6.1 of the Administrative Code).

When the man was taken to the police station, he complained of stomach pains, so the police took him to the hospital, from where he fled. The police initiated an official check on this matter, concluded Gorelykh.
