Club of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) “Vanguard” dismissed Egor Shastin from coaching at the club academy. This is reported in Telegram-team channel.

According to the source, the specialist humiliated the players of the academy while they were traveling in a train compartment. In the video, Shastin insulted young hockey players while drunk using obscene language. An investigation has been launched against the coach, the results will be announced later.

Yegor Shastin, 39, is a native of Kyiv. He is the son of hockey player and coach Yevgeny Shastin, as well as a graduate of Avangard. The athlete began working as a coach in the Omsk club system in 2018.
