Clothes and shoes have risen in price by 10% in Kazakhstan over the year

In monthly dynamics, the most noticeable – by 3.5% – prices increased in the North Kazakhstan region. Mangistau and Kyzylorda regions were also in the top three of anti-leaders. The smallest rise in prices was registered in Almaty and the East Kazakhstan region.

In annual dynamics, the growth in prices for clothing and footwear was most strongly felt by residents of the Mangistau region: by 16.5%. The three anti-leaders also included the Kyzylorda and Atyrau regions. The smallest rise in prices was recorded in Almaty: by 6.3%.

In June, men’s clothing rose in price by 1.1% in monthly dynamics, shoes – by 2.1%. Over the year, prices for men’s clothing showed an increase of 9.1%, for shoes – by 9.5%.

Among apparel, men’s briefs went up by 15.6% year-on-year, T-shirts by 14.9%, jeans by 10.7%, tracksuits by 10%, T-shirts by 9.8%, and socks by 9.7%. %, winter jackets (down jackets) – by 8.7%, shirts – by 8.2%, windbreakers – by 7.9%, demi-season coats – by 6.7%, jumpers – by 5.4%, trousers – by 5.2%, two-piece suits – by 4.3%.

Among men’s shoes, sandals, summer shoes rose in annual dynamics by 11.6%, winter boots – by 10.4%, indoor shoes for adults – by 9.8%, demi-season boots, low shoes – by 8.9%, shoes – by 8.1%, sneakers – by 7.9%.

In the women’s sector, prices for outerwear rose by 1.3% m/m and 8.9% y/y, while footwear prices increased by 1.4% m/m and 9.5% y/y.

In annual dynamics, dresses rose in price by 11.9% at once, windbreakers and T-shirts – by 11.2%, down jackets – by 10.8%, bras – by 9.6%, two-piece suits and shorts – by 9.1 %, blouses, nightgowns, tracksuits – by 8.8%, trousers and tights – by 8.7%, demi-season coats – by 8.5%, bathrobes – by 8.3%, fur coats – by 7.9 %, jeans – by 6.4%, skirts – by 6.2%, jumpers – by 4.5%.

Among footwear, leather sandals grew in price by 12.5% ​​year-on-year, winter boots and boots – by 10.2%, demi-season boots and boots – by 8.8%, low-heeled leather shoes – by 8.4%, fashion shoes – by 7.5%, sneakers – by 7.2%.

In the children’s sector, outerwear showed a monthly increase of 1.1% and an annual growth of 9%, footwear prices increased by 1.9% over the month, and by 14.7% over the year.
