Therapist Novikova urged people with chronic diseases to refuse to travel to the country

Therapist of the Clinical Diagnostic Center MEDSI on Solyanka Leyla Novikova in an interview with the agency “Prime” urged a number of Russians to refuse trips to the country. According to the specialist, we are talking about patients who have chronic non-communicable diseases.

This category of Russians includes, in particular, people with chronic diseases of the cardiovascular system, respiratory system. “The fact is that such patients, as a rule, have a certain set of drugs that must be taken strictly on an ongoing basis,” the doctor said.

Going on any trip, including outside the city, where the provision of medical care for one reason or another may be difficult, you must first consult with your doctor. The interlocutor of the agency stressed that this must be done to make sure that currently existing chronic diseases are in remission and do not require additional measures. “And if there is a need for an additional examination, be sure to conduct it,” she said.

Former TV presenter Marina Rykalina advised Russians to plant medicinal plants in their dachas and gave recommendations on their cultivation. According to her, there are no universal recommendations for planting medicinal herbs. Rykalina explained that the landing rules depend on the season.
