The employer can employ a military officer without providing them with a military ID, but in this case must inform the military registration and enlistment office of his employment within two weeks. This was announced on Thursday, August 4, by the head of the SuperJob research center Natalia Golovanova.

“In most cases, nothing terrible happens for the employer. Even Rostrud confirms the legality of such employment,” said Golovanova, speaking about the conclusion of an employment contract with an employee without a military ID.

In order to find out if an employee is liable for military service, just look at page 13 of the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, reports RIA Novosti.

In a notice sent to the military registration and enlistment office, it is better to clarify that the employer did not receive a military ID from the employee. This will avoid possible fines.

In case of failure to notify the military registration and enlistment office of the conclusion of an employment contract, a fine can range from 1 to 5 thousand rubles.

Earlier Russians named the most prestigious work. In the top are programmers, lawyers, bankers and more.
