George Martin and Emilia Clarke Reveal Game of Thrones Spin-off Details
American science fiction writer and author of the A Song of Ice and Fire series of novels George R. R. Martin revealed the details of the spin-off “Game of Thrones”. The work on the new series was also confirmed by the American actress Emilia Clarke. About it informs The Hollywood Reporter.
On his blog, Martin informedthat the show’s working title is “Snow”. The script is currently being written for it. The plot is supposed to revolve around the story John Snow. Martin also stated that he is developing three other Game of Thrones prequels in parallel.
How told Clark in an interview with the BBC, actor Kit Harington will return to the role of Jon Snow, now he is actively involved in the project. “He told me about it,” Clarke admitted. “And I know that he (this project is approx. “Tapes.ru”) exists,” she said. The Game of Thrones star also noted that Harington came up with the idea for a new series.
Martin confirmed Clarke’s words: “Yes, it was Kit Harington who gave us this idea. I can’t tell you the writers/showrunners as there’s no word yet on release… but it was Keith who brought them in, his team is amazing.” When asked if Clarke would return to the role of Daenerys Targaryen, the actress replied: “No, I think I’ve had enough.”
