Due to its low weight, it can be transported on the external sling of CH-47 Chinook helicopters or MV-22 Osprey convertiplanes. Developed in the UK, but not used by the UK Army. It is in service in the USA, Australia, Canada, India, Saudi Arabia and Ukraine.
