The head of the DPR Pushilin allowed the import of goods from Kharkiv, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions

The Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) was allowed to import goods from three Ukrainian regions: Kharkiv, Kherson and Zaporozhye. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilintransmits Donetsk news agency.

According to the agency, in accordance with the new decree No. 206, decree No. 73 “On establishing a ban on the import of goods from the territory of Ukraine into the customs territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic”, introduced in 2017, is being lifted. Thanks to the decision, residents of the DPR and LPR will be able to conclude foreign economic transactions with non-residents from the Kharkiv, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions of Ukraine.

Moreover, such transactions will not be subject to customs procedures and customs duties.

Earlier it became known that the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the DPR in Russia Olga Makeeva. The decree came into force on May 6, 2022.
