Borrell: Hungary’s refusal to impose an embargo on oil from the Russian Federation is associated with economic factors
Head of the Foreign Service European Union (EU) Josep Borrell stated that Hungary’s refusal to impose an embargo on Russian oil is due to economic factors, not political ones. This is reported Interfax.
According to him, the Hungarian authorities are worried that if they refuse Russian oil, the country will need new infrastructure and equipment to receive and process oil from other suppliers.
