The photo exhibition of the Russian Geographical Society “Multinational Russia” opened on November 3, on the eve of National Unity Day, in the Moscow Metro. The best works of the participants of the Russian Geographical Society contest “The Most Beautiful Country” can be seen in the passage between the stations “Pushkinskaya” and “Chekhovskaya”.

The annual photo contest “The Most Beautiful Country” is a large-scale media project of the Russian Geographical Society dedicated to the conservation of Russia’s wild nature and the development of respect for the environment. It first took place in 2015.

In the rules of the creative competition there are no restrictions on the age and place of residence of the participants. The main condition is that the photographs must be taken only on the territory of Russia. Over the seven years of the existence of the competition for project site more than 500 thousand pictures were uploaded.

The exhibition of the best works of the photo contest of the Russian Geographical Society “The Most Beautiful Country” in the transition between the stations “Pushkinskaya” and “Chekhovskaya” will run until November 17.

It has been running along the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line since September 6th.
