One of the topics discussed was the development of existing and the formation of new transport corridors using the Northern Sea Route and its waters in order to increase traffic in the eastern direction.

– We are talking about Indigo. Today, the village has become a point on the map next to the route “North-West – APR”. In the future, this point should become a full-fledged port with millions of volumes of transshipment of general cargo. Now specialists are calculating the potential cargo traffic and are carrying out a large amount of preparatory work. Yes, the Indiga Port project is not easy, but our country has repeatedly proved that Russia can handle any, the most ambitious, tasks,” wrote Yuri Bezdudny.
