The incident took place on Thursday, May 12. According to the source, the players attacked each other with fists during training at the club’s base in Carrington. The players, whose names are not called, were separated, and the head coach Ralph Rangnick was forced to end the training early.
Rangnick will step down as head coach of the Red Devils at the end of the season. He will be replaced by the Dutch specialist Eric Ten Hag, whose contract runs until June 2025.
