As Kirby noted, the words of the President of the United States Joe Biden about this were “crystal clear”. “American forces will not fight in Ukraine,” he added. At the same time, the representative of the White House noted that the United States will continue to help Ukraine with military assistance in order to “defend itself.”
On the fact that the United States will allocate a tranche of military assistance to Ukraine in the amount of $450 million, Kirby declared previously. The next aid package includes weapons and equipment. In particular, Ukraine will receive new HIMARS MLRS, tens of thousands of shells for artillery systems, as well as patrol boats.
