Ukrainian MP Kiva commented on the shelling of Donetsk

Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ilya Kiva said that the strike of the Ukrainian Tochka-U missile on Donetsk is a war crime of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his entourage. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

As the Public News Service reported earlier, Mayor of Donetsk Oleksiy Kulemzin informedthat in the center of the city near the Government House, DPR servicemen shot down a Tochka-U missile belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Another war crime by Zelensky and his entourage. I am sure that actions on the part of the Russian Federation will now be much tougher, ”it follows from the deputy’s statement.

Kiva also noted that the President of Ukraine in his video message did not say a word about the death of people in Donetsk as a result of shelling.

Recall, Major General Igor Konashenkov, official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry declaredthat the shelling of Donetsk with cluster bombs indicates that the task of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was to kill the maximum number of civilians in the city. He also clarified that the decision to use this type of missile weapons is taken, at a minimum, by the command of the Ukrainian group of troops after approval by the leadership of the armed forces of Ukraine in Kyiv.

February 24 Russian President Vladimir Putin announced about the beginning of a military special operation in the Donbass. He stressed that Moscow’s plans do not include the occupation of Kyiv.
