He also owned an apartment of 60 square meters in Sochi, which was presented to him in 2016 by the producer of “Tender May” Andrey Razin. Despite real estate in Russia, in recent years Shatunov lived in Germany in a huge mansion with his own studio. The cost of the object is estimated at ten million dollars. In total, the entire legacy of the singer, according to experts, is approximately $ 13 million, excluding the fleet and accounts in foreign banks.
According to media reports, Shatunov did not draw up a will, so all his property and savings will go to his children – 15-year-old son Dennis and 9-year-old daughter Estella.
