A lack of hemoglobin is a serious problem and you need to monitor your diet to avoid it. Nutritionist Evgenia Degtyannikova named the products that are most suitable for this purpose.

According to the expert, people with a lack of hemoglobin should pay attention to red meat and offal. You should also use sauerkraut, lingonberries, broccoli and kiwi – they help to better absorb iron.

“Iron deficiency will be evidenced by cracks along the edges of the lips, low blood pressure and a rapid pulse,” the specialist said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Low hemoglobin can lead to reproductive problems and detoxification. Liver and thyroid gland can also be affected, nails can break and hair fall out.
