Putin instructed to submit proposals on the railway route to the Barents Sea

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Russian government to submit proposals for the creation of a railway route to the Barents Sea. About it says in the list of instructions on certain issues of transport development, published on the Kremlin website following the results of the plenary meeting of the RSPP.

“Submit proposals for the creation of a railway route to reach the Barents Sea in the area of ​​the bay of the Indiga River,” the text of the instruction says.

The corresponding report must be prepared by May 10, 2022.

Previously President instructed government to amend the legislation governing the construction of local and regional airports. And also to prepare an action plan for the celebration in 2024 of the 50th anniversary of the start of construction of the BAM.
