Subpoenas within the framework of partial mobilization will not be sent through the State Services. This is reported by the official telegram channel of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development. So the department responded to the publications that appeared on social networks.

“In connection with the publications that have appeared on social networks that electronic subpoenas within the framework of partial mobilization will be sent through the State Services, we inform you that there are no such plans. There is no necessary legal basis for this.”

Recall that on September 21, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on partial mobilization. In total, it can affect 300,000 people who have served in the army and have combat experience.
