The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, made a great contribution to the special operation in Ukraine; as the head of the region, he has the right to express his point of view and give assessments. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, reacting to the recent criticism of the Ministry of Defense by Kadyrov, reports TASS.
According to Peskov, in difficult moments, the leaders of Russian regions should exclude emotions in their assessments.
The heads of regions have the authority to express their point of view and give assessments. After all, these are the heads of entire Russian regions, including Ramzan Kadyrov, who, as you know, has done a lot from the very beginning of the special military operation and made a very big contribution to its implementation. And continues to contribute,
Kremlin spokesman said.
Earlier, the head of Chechnya said that the wrong actions of Colonel-General Alexander Lapin, who received the title of Hero of Russia during the Northern Military District, led to the forced withdrawal of allied forces from Krasny Liman.
He is sure that Lapin, who was appointed to lead the defense of the Krasnolimansky direction, put up mobilized from the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) at the borders.
The general did not provide the military with the necessary communications, and additional ammunition did not enter the area, Kadyrov said.
On October 1, it became known that due to the threat of encirclement near the city of Krasny Liman in the Donetsk region, the Russian Armed Forces and allied forces were withdrawn to more advantageous lines.
The withdrawal of troops was later officially confirmed by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
