The rules for paying utility bills and vehicle inspection have changed since September 1. News of the day in the world and Russia today

In Russia, from September 1, according to a government decree, the amount of utility payments for the maintenance of common property will change after each year.

At the same time, the amounts paid according to the standards will be compared with the data of general house meters.

On August 31, it became known that the Ministry of Construction had developed a draft government decree on changing the rules for providing subsidies for housing and communal services.

At the suggestion of the department, debts can be written off from citizens who did not pay for a good reason.

Also, from September 1, simplified rules for the technical inspection (TO) of cars begin to operate, changes in the legislation will also affect the rules for paying for part of utilities.

Thus, a new edition of the maintenance rules will come into force, according to which the list of mandatory checks for cars, trucks and buses has been reduced from 82 to 55 points.

This means that technical experts will no longer check for damage and corrosion of the brake pipes, the noise level of the engine exhaust system, the condition of the headlights and lamps, the ability of the windshield washer to apply fluid to the windshield, and the operation of the standard anti-theft device. Canceled and check the first aid kit, fire extinguisher, warning triangle.

Also excluded from control is the fall of drops of oils and working fluids in the main transport units.

In addition, the height of the tread pattern will be measured, and not the residual depth, as it was before.

At the same time, vehicles traveling abroad must comply with international requirements and undergo technical inspection.

Earlier, on May 18, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation said that some vehicle malfunctions can be determined visually or organoleptically, including a violation of the tightness of the hydraulic brake drive.

Prior to this, in April, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation reported that the presence of visual signs of a vehicle breakdown that threaten road safety may be the basis for the traffic police to check its technical condition even when the driver presents a diagnostic card.

At the same time, if the driver was unable to provide a diagnostic card for the vehicle, he is brought to administrative responsibility, a fine of 2,000 rubles is threatened for violation.
