Years ago, the British newspaper The Guardian ranked the design hostel Long Story Short in Olomouc among the ten best new hostels in the world. Today you can enjoy lunch or a wedding reception here, but also visit “extreme dinners”. Chef Petr Heneš, who is in charge of operations here, reveals what this means.
