According to Efimov, the authorities can take such a step in the event of a high level of utilization of the healthcare system. The decision on the new restrictions will be made based on the number of hospitalizations and the incidence rate, the deputy mayor added. At the same time, it is too early to talk about what restrictions can be introduced, although “their set is clear.”
