Tula authorities canceled the requirement for QR codes when visiting the mall – RBK

In the Tula region, the authorities have eased coronavirus restrictions, in particular, the requirement to present a QR code when visiting shopping and entertainment centers has been canceled. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the region Alexey Dyumin, the document is posted on portal legal acts of the Tula region.

“[Решение принято] based on the prevailing epidemiological situation and taking into account the proposals of the Chief Sanitary Doctor of the Tula Region “, – explained regional authorities on Facebook.

The decree also allows restaurants, bars and cafes to work at night without restrictions on the number of visitors in the room, however, catering establishments can only be visited upon presentation of a QR code of vaccination, previous illness or a negative result of a PCR test passed no later than 72 hours. , noted in the administration. The document also allows attending business events with the number of participants exceeding 20 people, not only by the QR code for vaccination, but also by the QR code of the previous illness.

The regional authorities also announced that from December 6, catering establishments will be able to serve groups of visitors, in which there are more than 10 people.
