On Saturday, November 5, the Arktika Palace of Culture hosted an evening of dances for people of high age “Today there will be dances”.
The traditional event has resumed after a two-year hiatus following the pandemic. For the first time, such an event was held on the Day of the Elderly, October 1.
The event began with a dance program of the concert ensemble of the Arktika Palace of Culture, famous compositions were performed by soloists Andrei Vokuev and Lyudmila Ardeeva.
This evening sounded Russian hits of the 70s – 90s, retro hits and modern music.
– Now dance evenings will be held monthly. The next event will take place on December 18th. We invite residents of the city and nearby municipalities aged 45 and over to dance. Follow closely the posters of the Palace of Culture, – experts of the cultural institution explained.
More than 70 guests attended the event.
