The Center for the Monitoring of Fisheries and Communications, a subordinate agency of the Federal Agency for Fishery, together with the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation, launched a new service for fishermen on the Gosuslug portal – issuing permits for the export, import or re-export of sturgeon species and products from them, including caviar. About it informs press service of the Federal Agency for Fisheries.
– This is the second state service of the Federal Agency for Fishery this year, transferred to a digital format. The first one, for issuing electronic fishing permits, is already in great demand among fishermen. We expect that the issuance of permits for the export/import of sturgeons will also be useful for fishermen and will allow them to reduce the time for paperwork. By the end of the year, we plan to bring two more new public services to the portal. The digitalization of the regulatory processes of the Federal Agency for Fishery has gained momentum, – said Alexander Mikhailov, head of the Central Medical Service.
On the portal, it is now possible to issue a certificate for the introduction from the sea of samples of sturgeon species of fish that fall under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, dated March 3, 1973. The term for the provision of public services is 14 working days.
Consideration and processing of incoming applications are carried out using the internal system for the execution of public services of the Federal Agency for Fisheries (SIGUR), developed by the specialists of the Center for Health and Social Development.
