Sberbank warned of charging from July 1 a commission for transfers to cards of other banks, credit and microfinance organizations through their websites and applications. Transfers of up to 50,000 rubles a month through Sberbank Online will remain free, according to its website.
“Starting from July 1, 2022, a commission will be in effect for transfers from a Sberbank card to cards of other banks, credit and microfinance organizations through their websites and applications,” Sberbank said in a statement.
The credit institution clarified that we are talking about replenishing cards of other banks, credit and microfinance organizations with transfers from the Sber card in applications or on the websites of these organizations. The commission will be 1.25% (minimum 30 rubles, maximum 150). For accounts in foreign currency, the amount of the transaction will be recalculated at the rate of the bank. The minimum commission is $1 or €1, the maximum is $3 or €3.
Transfers to Sberbank customers in the amount of up to 50,000 rubles per month through Sberbank Online, as well as transfers up to 100,000 rubles per month to customers of other banks through SBP, will remain free.
