He is sure that if Ukraine decides to organize an offensive in the south of the country, it will face even greater losses in the form of irreplaceable equipment and “eventually even more territory than Kyiv controlled” at the beginning of the special operation. According to Davis, the country’s main problem is the lack of “experienced soldiers”, because most of them have already died in battle, and new recruits are replacing them.

The colonel also reminded the Kyiv authorities that they were dealing with an enemy with a complete advantage in manpower, aviation and artillery.

Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, said that on behalf of President Volodymyr Zelensky, he was forming “million-strong combat forces equipped with Western weapons.” Their task, according to him, will be the “liberation” of the southern coastal regions.

His statements were reacted in Russia. In particular, State Duma deputy from the Crimean region Mikhail Sheremet considered such orders as evidence of the “political agony of the Kyiv regime.”
